The Gianna one-year limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser who buys a new and certified refurbished product directly from Giannashop.com or from an authorized reseller like Amazon store or Tiktok shop.

Your Gianna product, Gianna x Reacher GX or Gianna LULLUME (along with the original Smart Changing Pad), is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of registration when used in accordance with Gianna’s user manuals.

To register your Gianna product (Gianna x Reacher GX or Gianna LULLUME) you must connect to it via the corresponding app (Gianna Sleep and/or Gianna Baby). GX cannot be registered via the Gianna Sleep app since it’s not app-connected. Should you need to initiate a warranty claim on a GX, proof of purchase, including the date of purchase, will be required. Without proof of purchase, a warranty claim cannot be filed for GX. Products purchased by unauthorized resellers are not covered by any warranty.

Gianna is not responsible and will not cover damage or defects caused by (a) normal wear and tear; (b) misuse, accident, abuse; (c) failure to follow product instructions. These include but are not limited to: using a power cord not manufactured by Gianna, dropping the product, water damage, traveling with GX&LULLUME, storing GX&LULLUME in anything other than original packaging, repeated moving of GX&LULLUME, leaning on GX&LULLUME, allowing your child to jump on the product, dragging GX&LULLUME across a surface, removing the feet of GX&LULLUME, and/or shipping GX&LULLUME to another location. Gianna may limit the number of replacement products any individual can receive.

United States Customers: To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Gianna Customer Support within one year of purchase. Warranty claims must be directly initiated with Gianna Customer Support by heading to Giannashop.com/support and submitting a request. Gianna may also require you to provide proof of purchase before receiving warranty service. Warranty service includes returning the defective product to Gianna. Gianna will provide a return shipping label for products being returned for warranty service; the consumer assumes all risk of loss or damage while the product is in transit.

Canadian Customers & European Customers: Customers residing in Canada or European countries can initiate a warranty claim directly through our support team. Should Gianna require the device back for warranty service, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping expenses for the defective device. The shipping address for warranty service can be provided by our customer support team.

Once the defective product is received by Gianna, the company will determine whether to repair the product or to replace it with a new or refurbished unit. Units that are determined to have been damaged in a manner that voids the warranty will not receive a replacement. Replacement units are not covered by any warranty.
